Our program is suitable for anyone with the motivation to see results. CrossFit Border provides a program that can be scaled to suit your needs, regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
Conventional training methods have you in the gym for up to 2 hours a day performing monotonous sets of 10 reps, followed by 30 minutes on a recumbent cycle or treadmill. This type of training, whilst effective at first soon become stale and more importantly, extremely boring.
The CrossFit Border program uses a range of functional movements performed at a high intensity. We vary your program so you never plateau, we use a variety of training methods so you never get bored.
