The classes have an authentic boxing feel. They are conducted in North Sydney PCYCs boxing room in the ring where its all about hard work and results, not for show! You will learn how to box and train like a professional boxer, except for the sparring. We want you to get fit, not hit! You will learn the moves and throw combinations (Combos) that are used in real fights. The Get Fit Boxing Coaches are boxers or boxing coaches who train boxers to compete. They will use all the techniques used on professional boxers to get them to "fight ready" fitness. The classes are fun and motivating. We use 3 minute rounds from warm up, shadow boxing, pad work to the all out cardio rounds. You get to partner with another student for pad work and meet others who enjoy boxing for fitness. The class is dominated by girls, it is amazing how many girls want to hit something! The classes are run in a real boxing ring and boxing gym. Get the boxing experience without getting hit!
