Pilates builds a strong, well-aligned body which is capable of moving efficiently and with ease. The practise of pilates will improve your overall physical fitness, including strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
Pilates can be performed on a mat or using specialised equipment designed to ensure you work your "core" muscles, whilst at the same time challenging one or more other muscle groups.
Kath will design a personalised program specifically for your body each session - no two sessions will be the same. Kath's philosophy as an instructor is to ensure that you receive personalised attention for the duration of your session, ensuring that you achieve the maximum benefit from your workout.
