Peninsula Galleries Red Hill, recently under new management and ownership re opened its doors Sept 2015.
This beautiful old building has been renovated keeping its original charming appeal. Nestled in a well established garden C1900 the cottage caters for breakfast and lunch which can be enjoyed either in the courtyard amongst an array of flowers in Spring and Autumn, inside the cottage in front of a roaring fire in winter, or on the deck overlooking tranquil rural views
in summer.
A favorite for many is Dinner and Demonstrations by highly recognised artists.
weekends artists can be seen demonstrating their painting skills by painting "en plain air" in the courtyard and paddock.
The gallery showcases artists such as Craig Davy, Chris Kandis, Herman Pekel, Ivars Jansons,Joseph Zbukvic,Amanda Hyatt
David Brayshaw, Ron Hancock and Charlie Tong to name a few. A mixture of traditional and contemporary paintings.
The cafe offers casual wholesome breakfast and a light lunch consisting of chia and fruit compote, panini, toasted
sandwiches, everyone's favorite BLAT, vegan pizza, pies and delicious salads plus much more. Also a selection of
home made cakes and slices. Great coffee and old fashioned friendly service make Peninsula Galleries a destination for the day
where one can enjoy a meal, take in the view, walk around the beautiful garden, enjoy quality artworks.
