Private Building Surveyor to carry out the functions pursuant to Part 6 of the Building Act 1993 in respect of domestic and commercial buildings. This includes, checking documentation, issuing building permits, conducting mandatory inspections and issuing the occupancy/final certificate.
We Undertake and prepare owner/builder inspection reports on domestic and commercial building work under section 137B of the Building Act 1993.

We have been a domestic accredited energy rater since 3rd June 2002 using Firstrate V5. We undertake energy ratings as part of our business and our knowledge allows us to scrutinize the energy rating reports we may receive as part of any permit application.
We have also undertaking energy ratings and preparing reports on commercial properties in accordance with the Deemed-to-satisfy conditions of Section J of the Building Code of Australia.
