We convert analogue tapes to digital sound files or we are also able to transcribe from tapes or almost any other digital format.
Legal Transcripts has vast experience in the delivery of quality transcript in a timely manner to various clients, courts, boards and tribunals throughout Australia. We take the quality assurance of our products extremely seriously and strive to provide transcription and recording services of some of the highest standards.

Our charges vary according to individual needs such as project length, turnaround time required and quality of sound. We will provide a detailed quote up front of what you can expect to be charged before your project is confirmed. We require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation of a booking for a recording monitor. Failure to notify our office within the required time will result in a cancellation fee. Our prices are extremely competitive in the marketplace.
We do not provide transcripts in real-time as often this requires the attendance of a stenographer and/or scopist and the costs in providing this to clients can be prohibitive.

Yes. We charge a basic fee for dubbing from analogue to digital based on the sound quality of the tapes provided.
We currently provide the following delivery methods however we are more than happy to discuss your requirements. Please contact us by free call on 1800 534 258 and we will discuss your needs directly. We provide our clients with the following delivery methods: *Same day delivery, *Next day delivery, *Three (3) working day or more, *Urgent turnaround.
In general we do not transcribe foreign languages; however we are able to transcribe a matter in the English language if an interpreter is present.
We can transcribe from any industry standard audio or video format for example MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, AVI, DVD etc. If you have a non-standard audio format i.e. a proprietary format please feel free to contact us and we can discuss possible options.
