About Flametree Yoga Studio

Flametree Yoga Studio offers a range of classes, teacher training, pranayama, intensives, workshop, etc.
Flametree Yoga Studio offers a friendly structured learning environment, where students can enter as a complete beginner and progress through to being an experienced student with an established home practice.

Our Studio

The studio was established in 2002 by Christine (Chris) Lalor and over the years has grown into a vibrant yoga centre offering a wide variety of classes to cater to a diverse range of people. The centre has 2 fully equipped studios of different sizes and we offer a 7 days a week timetable and a teacher training programme. The style of yoga taught is called Iyengar yoga.

    If you have not done any yoga before, you have to join the beginners course. Even if you have done the odd bit here and there, you need to join beginners course.

  • What are individual needs classes?

    The individual needs classes are for the people who have an injury, are recovering from injury or are very stiff. There are maximum 9 people in the classes. Your Individual needs are taken into account each week. These classes run in 6 week blocks.

  • What are pranayama classes?

    Pranayama involves regulating the inflow and outflow of breath. This practice greatly helps you to still the fluctuations in your mind. You need to attend general level classes before joining these classes.
