Yes, the courtesy car is absolutely free for you to use as long as you are over the age of 19 and have a current driver's license. You will have to book ahead though, as it is often booked out for up to a week in advance. Of course if the courtesy car is not available, we are more than happy to drop you off and pick you up again once your car is ready.
Certainly not. As long as your car is serviced according to the manufacturers specifications at the correct service intervals using either genuine or quality aftermarket parts which have been tested and certified to meet or exceed OEM specifications, the vehicle manufacturer cannot legally void your new car warranty.
Generally, repairs that are warranty related must be carried out by the dealer as they are responsible for repairing any defects covered by the warranty free of charge to you. Wear and tear items such as brake pads and rotors which are not covered by warranty for wear, can be repaired although these items will no longer be covered for defects by the vehicle manufacturer, but will be covered by our own 2 year unlimited km parts and labour guarantee.
Yes, we can stamp your logbook as long as all that is required is included in the super service. The super service covers up to 1 hour of labour, 6 litres of engine oil & an oil filter. You can add extra parts and labour to your super service as required. E.g. your logbook service is 1.5 hours and is and the parts required replacing are 8 litres of oil, oil filter and air filter. You will have to pay extra for 0.5 hours of labour (at the standard labour rate), 2 litres of oil & the air filter.
We use and recommend Penrite engine oils. Penrite is an Australian company at the forefront of oil technology. The most common engine oil we use is Penrite's HPR5, a fully synthetic engine oil with advanced "extra 10" anti wear properties perfectly suited to our harsh climate. Although HPR5 covers approximately 70-80% of the vehicles we service, the exact oil that goes into your car will depend on what Penrite's recommendation according to your vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
