WEDDING DISASTER AVOID!!!!

Booked in for a full colour, foils and a trim to cover grey hair for besties wedding. Communicated my usual colours and even showed hairdresser colour for foils. Requested brown around mid 5 with copper foils and don't want the foils taken too far so they are brassy. After 3 hours was back at the mirror (photo attached) with grey hair showing.

Was sitting in the chair with wet, undyed hair and owner was mostly concerned about organising payment.

Came to console me but had to ask my name.

Once the elderly owner had my gift voucher there was a change in attitude towards me and I just wanted to leave with unfinished hair. Explained a number of times what I required and how my regular hairdresser does my hair.

Had a rush root smudge which didn't cover the grey's and when doing the foils, she took it too far and they are almost blond not a warm copper.

Arrived at 8:40am and finally left at 1:28pm, devastated, hair result was NOTHING like I had requested, dye on my face and would have been happier with a home dye job. Such a traumatic experience. I have never cried in a salon before as I was so disappointed, and it cost hundreds. This is what happens when juniors are unsupervised in the salon!

Owner couldn't escort me to the front door quick enough.
