      Our vision is to grow through diversification while continuing to improve services.

      CBS Inc. is a South Australian, not-for-profit organisation that works with the NDIS to provide Recreation, Education and Employment programs for people with a disability or disadvantage.

      We focus on our client's strengths and interests through mutual respect and understanding, and we are a recognised leader in the provision of support for people with a disability in the areas of open employment, personal support, further education and recreation. Our services operate in metropolitan Adelaide as well as in rural and remote South Australia. At Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc., our quality management system provides a framework to monitor and improve our performance.

      It is aimed at achieving client satisfaction by presenting opportunities for improvement at all stages from program/service implementation through to completion of a program/service and/or client support. CBS believes that all individuals can increase their knowledge and develop skills. The challenge is to provide high quality services, including the latest technology to assist individuals. On an everyday basis CBS is committed to providing positive interactions and experiences which develop strengths and interests.

      Regular employment seemed to fit the logical adaption of the strengths based model and the modern approach to employment in areas of interest. These are the core pillars for CBS Inc. with the addition of blended social enterprise businesses and has advanced our success today. There are so many people who helped so much along the way and all have contributed in their own way to CBS Inc. today.
