Quick Start Auto Electrical

DO NOT bring your vehicle here. Terrible communication, prolonged waits ( my car was there for over 2 months and only 2.5 hours labour in this time) AND they crashed and damaged my vehicle. After two months without a car, they did not phone and tell me they had crashed and damaged my vehicle until I arrived to pick it up. They did not offer me a taxi nor a car in the meantime while they fixed my car. When asked if I should take it to insurance, they sent a photo of them grinding it to the car and repairing it themselves.

So unprofessional and so deeply dissatisfied with this service.

Wasn't happy with the service at all. My truck was supposed to be in for some work for about 2 hrs. In the end it was about 4.5 hrs. This is a working truck and I needed it back as I told the person when I booked it in. Not a phone call or anything to say the work would take longer. I had to call them 3 times and got a different answer each time. One of the items requiring a repair was the front parking light-just needed a bulb- a simple easy no brainer that I should have done myself. Had the truck booked in for a roadworthy later in the afternoon which it failed because the parking light didn't work. Pulled out the new bulb they fitted and compared it to the one one the other side that was working and discovered they were two different bulbs. The one they fitted had the wrong fixing lugs and couldn't possibly turn to lock into place and work; a physical impossibility is what the Roadworthy Guy called it yet it was marked as replaced and checked on the Invoice which came to nearly $700. Called the owner and straight away he went on the defensive. Told him that I now have to rebook the truck for the Roadworthy guy to come back and check the lights which will cost me another $65. No offer to reimburse me for the money I will have to pay for their mistake. All I got was "I will have a word to the guy who worked on your truck". Also broke the front door step off of it. I know it was a bit dodgy to begin with but they never even had the courtesy to tell me, just threw it in the cab of the truck on the seat. For the money I paid and the time it took to do the work and the lack of any type of real service I would never use these people again.
