      Taking Advantage

      Geoff was slow in getting to me for a van lockout... over 2 hours for a 40 minute drive. Then 20 minutes to get in. The average cost for an emergency call is up to $125. He charged me $499! This is totally taking advantage of someone in a hard time... very disappointing.
