Established by Dr Ramin Zadeh, North Queensland Eye Clinic (NQEC) specialises in providing the very best in eye health care.
At North Queensland Eye Clinic, Dr Zadeh is supported by a highly dedicated and skilled team. This team includes skilled orthoptists, nurses and receptionists. North Queensland Eye Clinic is committed to being up to date with the latest procedures and technologies for the treatment of most eye conditions.
Dr Zadeh practices general ophthalmology, which covers cataract assessment and surgery, glaucoma management, age related macular degeneration treatment, diabetic treatment and paediatric assessments. Despite working in a general ophthalmic capacity, Dr Zadeh enjoys a sub-specialty in oculoplastics (removal of eyelid lesions and eyelid reconstruction).

Do I need a referral to see the ophthalmologist?
If it your first visit to us at North Queensland Eye Clinic you will need a referral from either your optometrist or general practitioner. Your referral will last for 12 months. Our reception staff will inform you if a new referral is needed for subsequent visits.

Do you bulk bill?
We do not bulk bill at North Queensland Eye Clinic.
