I cannot thank the team at Bacchus Marsh Tyre and battery enough. They got me back on the road with urgency and wonderful service after I suffered a blown tyre on an exotic tyre size. They go above and beyond great service and I cannot recommend them highly enough.Great people and a great business.

I've just experienced the most wonderful customer service experience given to me in a very long time!

I am a manager within the customer service industry, & many people these days only have the time to provide negative feedback & can't be bothered with writing their positive experiences because they are lazy or too busy & because they believe that they should always receive great customer service, but I'm taking a few minutes out of my day to applaud Steve and Bernie for my exceptional customer experience, their pleasant manner, willingness to go above and beyond for me, all whilst doing an excellent job on my brand new tyres & wheel alignment.

Being a young adult, I'm led to believe that most people within this industry would rip me off for more money because let's face it- "car stuff" isn't exactly something that am incredibly knowledgable about- however, Steve was completely friendly & honest, provided me with all my options & left me to decide for myself which choice I was going to take without taking my entire bank account after the fact! Faith restored within the motor industry!!

I also only live a few kilometers away & Steve courteously offered to give me a lift home & when my car was ready to be picked up, he also offered to come & get me to retrieve my car! Now, who in the industry would go above & beyond like that?

A great company with great prices, run by equally great people who know how to run a successful business- all combined with a company run by pure & genuine people is the perfect way in my eyes to maintain a regular customer support system.

I buy all my tyres from Steve and the crew at BMT&B and as I also run a car club I have a lot of small tyre/wheel swaps I need help with.
Steve is always willing to help me out in any way he can.
Yesterday my 73 year old invalid father was having new tyres fitted to his car. On the way to the workshop he discovered that his cars rego had elapsed. Unable to drive his car any further Steve's wife just grabbed my dad, threw him in her car and not only drove him to Vicroads in Melton, she also waited for him to fix his rego issue and then took him back to the workshop to collect his finished car.
That is service above and beyond the price of a set of tyres.
