What is the cost of having a will or power of attorney completed?

As everyone’s circumstances are different the cost can vary. We recommend that you call our office on (03) 5331 2966 to discuss the potential costs.


What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Each and every client is unique, therefore the information that you will be required to bring to your first interview is also unique. One of our friendly assistants will explain anything required at your first appointment.

Over the last few years there have been many changes in the conveyancing field. Heinz Law have been early adapters of such technology. From a clients perspective these changes has made the settlement of a conveyancing matter quicker, so that you can have funds in your account minutes after settlement.


How are my legal fees decided?

There are many different ways to calculate legal fees. Fees may be decided using official court scales or an agreed hourly rate. At the commencement of each matter you will receive a cost agreement which will explain how you will be charged.


What types of property transactions do you handle?

We manage residential, commercial, and rural property transfers, subdivisions, off-the-plan contracts, and more.


Do you offer Legal Aid?

Yes, our firm is a registered Legal Aid provider for family law matters. There are certain requirements to be eligible for Legal Aid. Please call one of our assistants and discuss your eligibility.


Can you assist with property disputes?

Yes, our team provides guidance on disputes, adverse possession, covenant issues, and compulsory acquisitions.


What happens at my first meeting?

Your first meeting is a time for you to explain your situation to our Solicitor. From this discussion the Solicitor will explain how they can help you. They will also discuss the costs.
