What other courses do you offer?
Apart from the standard martial arts course we also offer Eskrima, women's self defence course, school & corporate martial arts programs, private martial arts tuition, & personal training.
What are classes like?
Our freestyle martial arts classes contain 3 elements - the warm up (strength and cardio), stretching, and the martial arts and self defence training. Our MMA competition classes involve both skills based classes and strength and fitness work.
What do you teach?
Our sole focus in our freestyle classes is on teaching actual self defence techniques - we are not looking to win trophies or medals in competition, but to be able to defend ourselves efficiently and effectively in any situation. Our syllabus draws self defence techniques from other martial arts styles such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Ninjutsu, Japanese Jujitsu, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Eskrima (Kali/Arnis), and Taijutsu.
