      We have one of Geelong's most comprehensive ranges of haberdashery & trims as well as qualified sewing machine technicians.

      Heights Sewing Centre has been a family owned and operated business since 1935. Focussing on quality service and value for money we provide all sewing needs from retail sales through to after sale support, and machine repairs.

      Heights Sewing Centre workshop (tech services) provides servicing and repairs to all brands of domestic and industrial sewing machines and over lockers. We also repair Elna presses, cutting machines and sharpen scissors & blades at a very reasonable price.

      Height’s Sewing Centre provides a comprehensive range of haberdashery, sewing supplies, and equipment. They specialize in sewing machine sales, repairs, and servicing, including overlockers and quilting machines.


      Do you offer classes?

      Yes! Height’s Sewing Centre will soon offer sewing and quilting classes at their new area in Geelong West. These classes cater to people of all ages and skill levels.


      Do you offer customer service?

      Yes, we are family owned business with classic customer service.


      Do you have call-out facility?

      Yes, we have a call-out facility for both homes and factories, as well as provide advice and technical help over the phone.


      Who runs the business?

      Height’s Sewing Centre is a family-owned business, established in 1935. Ken Wilks and his wife Marjorie currently own and operate the centre. Ken has been running the sewing centre for almost 60 years, continuing a tradition that spans four generations of sewing machine sales and haberdashery.


      Do you have a stock of sewing machines?

      Yes, we stock Janome, Bernina, Husqvarna Viking, Baby Lock, Elna Press as well as industrial machines.


      Do you provide a demonstration of sewing?

      Yes, we provide free demonstration and advice about all aspects of sewing.
