Whether you’re dealing with spinal discomfort, shoulder niggles, or persistent aches, our mission is to assess and address the root cause, not just putting a bandaid on the symptoms. We offer 60-minute initial consultations to ensure we fully understand what brought you to us and begin crafting a path toward lasting relief.

Founded by a passionate mother-daughter duo—Zoe and Liz Butler—our practice blends decades of experience with fresh, whole-body insight. At The Fix, every treatment is as unique as the person receiving it. We personalize therapy using a mix of traditional physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, McKenzie Method, acupuncture, dry needling, and hydrotherapy—all depending on what will work best for you. Complementary exercises or activities—usually just 1—empower you to continue healing between visits, and our supportive guidance equips you to regain balance, strength, and confidence. What conditions do you treat?

A little bit of everything! We can help with back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder issues, joint injuries, persistent or chronic aches and pains, hypermobility, sports injuries, pre and post operative rehab and the list goes on. If you are unsure if we will be able to help you, please contact us. We are always happy to have a quick chat to establish if Physio can help you.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No referral is needed—you can book directly with us. The only time you need a referral is if you wish to use a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (previously named Enhanced Primary Care Plan) in order to claim Medicare rebates on up to 5 visits. In this case, you need to see your GP to get this plan.

How do I book an appointment?
