How often will I have to paint or stain my cedar windows?
Frequency of painting or staining depends on a number of variables including the location of the cedar window. If it is in direct sun light it will require staining or painting more frequently. Similarly, the better the quality of the paint or stain used, the less often you need to apply paint or stain.
How do I install my windows?

What is the benefit of aluminium over cedar?
The main benefit is that you don't have to paint or stain your aluminium window as you do with cedar.
What colour options can I have on my hardware?
There is a range of standard colour hardware available but if you require a special colour this is also possible. However, an extended lead time is required.
What STC rating will this window perform to?
This depends on the window you require and if you are using an acoustic seal. However, an awning window is normally the best.

This depends on your constructions - check with your builder first before ordering.
How often do I have to clean my aluminium windows?
This depends on your location. If you live outside a 7km radius of saltwater, normally between 6-12 months.
