If you join online, you will receive an email invitation to visit your local gym to complete a complementary orientation. During your orientation, your club manager will give you a tour of the gym facilities, demonstrate how to use the training equipment correctly, explain the safety procedures and give you a 24/7 access pass fob.
Can I try the gym before joining?
Yes, Jetts gyms offer a seven-day free trial.
Are there any fitness assessments or orientation sessions for new members?
Yes, every member at Jetts will receive a complimentary orientation session. During your orientation your club manager will give you a tour of the gym facilities, demonstrate how to use the training equipment correctly and explain the membership terms and safety procedures.
Are there any restrictions on when I can use the gym?
Your membership also allows you to use the gym 24/7 so you can attend outside of staffed hours. There is no waiting period so you can use any Jetts gym immediately after joining and after you have completed your gym orientation.
