Hi, I am Dr Jorgen Hellman. I am an Australian trained Orthopaedic surgeon specialising in knee replacements and hip replacements. In 1993 I finished medical school at the University of Newcastle, then worked as a junior doctor in Newcastle. I travelled the world for two years, including one year in Latin America, then completed Orthopaedic Surgery training in Newcastle. I have spent time working in Oregon USA and London England before commencing work as an Orthopaedic Surgeon in Newcastle in 2005. Consulting privately in rooms at Broadmeadow (Newcastle), Williamtown & Nelson Bay (Port Stephens), I currently offer hip & knee replacement surgeries and ACL reconstruction at John Hunter and Lingard Hospitals.
