      General Info

      I am a clinical psychologist, servicing Newcastle and Maitland.

      I treat anger, anxiety, abuse, depression, relationship difficulties, loss and grief, self-esteem issues, self-harm and suicidal tendencies, trauma, etc.

      Our aim is to provide a safe, empathic and non-judgemental therapeutic space in which we can explore your thoughts and feelings in as much depth and for as long as is needed to help you find clarity and peace. Using a range of therapeutic modalities, we will also endeavour to assist you to identify and free yourself from long-standing behavioural and thought patterns that contribute to or cause you emotional pain or interpersonal difficulty.
