      Our prices for accommodation are well suited for backpackers and families on a budget.

      Sunrise Caravan Park offers affordable holiday accommodation in the rural sugar cane town of Broadwater. Ours is a small family-operated caravan park with only 46 sites. We are continuously praised by travelers on our very clean and tidy amenities. Within the park is a swimming pool with kiddies wading pool.

      We have powered sites for caravans, as well as onsite vans, cabins and a holiday villa accommodating up to five people. Broadwater Sunrise Caravan Park is located 25 minutes drive south from Ballina, and only a short 10minutes to Evans Head. We have a limited number of Powered and Unpowered sites available. We are dog friendly (leashed at all times). The Richmond River is located across the road from the Caravan Park. There is a boat launching ramp area just across the bridge, on the opposite side of the River.
