      Goran is perfectionist and professional have installed 140 m2 of Solid spotted gum direct stick all the correct procedures were followed ensuring concrete leveling / moisture barriers

      process was easy finish product is fantastic. I work in building industry know what timber is and what process should be all has been followed and expected outcome is achieved pricing was reasonable

      Great job and reliable tradie

      Goran responded quickly for a quote and his price was quite reasonable. As it was an outdoor deck his communication was exceptional with regards to issues with the weather and he was very punctual with agreed time for the job. His attention to detail is excellent and he was always making sure I was happy with the quality of the work. One thing that does stand out is that Goran does the work himself and takes pride in what he does as opposed to some other sanding contractors I have used. Highly recommended, thanks Goran.

      AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

      AVOID - this guy is a dodgy as they come.



      Quote and agreement of work was made two weeks before starting, then with one day to go he requested a deposit of over 50%.



      Once I informed him that state law only allows for a maximum deposit of $1000 he then told me that I would now need to pay 100% of the costs before any work had commenced!



      When I refused, he cancelled the job and I was left to find another tradesman within 24 hours.



      I have serious doubts about the solvency of his business.



      Unprofessional, unreliable and not worth the time.



      Avoid at all costs!
