Ace House transportable is a locally owned and run business that has been in the industry for over 30 years. Based in Townsville, we relocate and restump houses all over Queensland and Australia.

Raising Relocating Re-Stumping Sliding With our state of the art trailer and equipment, we re-stump and relocate houses from a few kilometres away to hundreds of kilometres away - safely and efficiently. No job is too big or too small. Generally, we will carry out an inspection and then provide you with a comprehensive written quote.
We require a set of structural plans from an engineer and drawings of the renovation and placement of the building by a draftsman or architect. A certifier can organise all of this for you. A structural engineer can design the post, steel beam and footing details the most important aspects. We can generally supply a quote prior to these being available. If you are re-stumping only, engineer plans are not usually required, unless beams are being added.
