We offer a consistent and efficient high standard of service for storage and handling of refrigerated goods.
We have resources for the unloading, storing and transport of frozen and chilled goods, frozen capacity is 6800 pallets, whilst the chiller holds approximately 500 pallets.
Brooklyn Cold Storage started operating on the 1st of July, 2002. Our areas of expertise are the storing of both frozen and chilled goods, container loading and unloading, order picking, transport and the miscellaneous requirements associated with each of these tasks. The premise currently has 3 separate buildings, one consisting of a freezer with a refrigerated loading dock, the other with a freezer, chiller and a cooled marshalling area and the third is a fully racked freezer.
Our staff consists of 10 full time and 2 part-time employees, which includes the Managing Director (James Clark) and the Warehouse Supervisor (Peter Anderson). James and Peter both have in excess of 20 years of experience in the cold storage and logistics industries & have a hands-on approach to the daily operations, thus having a first-hand knowledge of all products within the warehouse. Our staffing size and structure enable us to be more aware of; and flexible toward our customers' needs.
Our services cover the pickup and delivery of containers from the dock, the loading and unloading of shipping containers, the storage of both frozen and chilled goods, the picking and dispatching of orders and the transport of our customer's goods to the Melbourne metro area.
