The team at Acumentis have been providing property expertise in the region for almost 20 years.Acumentis South West (WA) is based in Bunbury and services the South West region comprising the coastal strip from Bunbury to Augusta, the lower South West region (Bridgetown, Manjimup, Pemberton etc), the Great Southern region (Narrogin, Katanning, Wagin etc.) and the South Eastern Wheatbelt (Lake Grace, Dumbleyung Shire etc). Our reach of expertise also encompasses the regional centres of Dunsborough, Margaret River, Collie, Boyup Brook and Donnybrook and we have a dedicated Acumentis office in the town of Busselton which provides strong local expertise in this busy region.All valuation staff are qualified professional Certified Practising Valuers licensed under the Land Valuer’s Licensing Act of Western Australia. Our valuation staff are Associate Members of the Australian Property Institute (API) and members of the APIV Limited Liability Scheme. As an API requirement, all valuers regularly attend professional accreditation seminars under the Continued Professional Development (CPD) Program. To further enhance our staff expertise, regular forums are conducted within our office addressing matters pertaining to legislation, planning, market trends, standing instruction and service standards.
