I have been using this veterinary practice for over 10 years, and recently needed an emergency appointment and was unable to get in until a later date. I chose to go to another veterinary practice, worst decision I have ever made, the care, compassion and knowledge given was not up to what I had always been given by Scott after $$$ I will be getting in to see Scott to get the treatment that should have been provided initially and could have saved all this pain and repeated visits for my dog.

Very happy with the caring service.

I am very happy with the care my fur-babies have received from this surgery. I had a very sick cat , the vet came to the surgery at 1 am. and took my baby home with him, to look after him for the night. He had a very fast recovery. They are always responsive and very caring. We love Derek and his surgical skills.

Horrific customer service. when I politely expressed disappointment in a dog hair cut I received a letter from the owner advising all future service would be denied. i have rarely encountered such rudeness and am blown away by the tone of the letter. I am surprised a business owner would sign such a letter.
