      In my family's darkest time everyone at Pets Eternal was so lovely and kind. The service was perfect, and it meant a lot to us that it was performed by a fellow pet lover. She was so kind and told us many comforting things, such as to take as long to grieve as we need because regardless of what anyone tells us whatever we feel is normal. The fact that the grounds are open at all times for us to come and visit also means a lot to us. The darling cats in the office also made us feel a bit better.
