We provide a wide range of classic and specialty pies to stores around Tasmania and beyond, as well as hot and cold pies at our licensed Pie Yard in Cambridge. You'll find our famous food truck at Salamanca Market every Saturday. Known for our perfect pastry, and commitment to quality ingredients, Smith's are keeping the humble pie on the menu.
