      National Powdercoating has been powder coating a variety of products for over 25 years. Over this time we have refined both process and setup to guarantee a high quality finish to all products. We have gained extensive experience powder coating a number of different products. This has resulted in us being able to perfect techniques, allowing correct application and high-quality finishing.

      Powder coating is a process which uses a solvent free dry mix of plastic resins, pigments and fillers that are melted and fused together when heat is applied. Pre-treatment of the aluminium is a vital part of the powder coating process ensuring the product is clean and uncontaminated. National Powdercoating has a five-stage treatment process:Acid Wash Rinse 1 Chrome Treatment Rinse 2 Rinse 3

      National Powdercoating has the equipment and knowledge to assist customers with a variety of fabrication needs. This can range from the welding of aluminium and steel, to the folding of customised angles and guillotining of sheet metal. We are also able to supply aluminium extrusions to our customers. This includes commercial aluminium windows and doors, partition, sheeting and geometric aluminium extrusions.
