Went to look at a new car Tuesday waited over 1 hour & had a trade in car valued and asked specific questions about a model offered to use (Build date, cost on road, trade in value) Now Friday night no response despite follow email to salesman?

- Refused to take responsibility and failed to rectify the situation
Please do not use this business for repair work on your Holden vehicle.

We purchased a car for our business from them and it developed a problem the first week of ownership as well as didn't drive as well as it did on the pre-sale test drive. I was informed that the brakes had been fixed because it wasn't good when they did their 100 point check, but it seemed fine but then was terrible. So they're fixing that while we wait 2-3 months for parts to fix the other big problem which puts the car into limp mode making it undriveable.
So they(Kelly Priest) offered me an extended warranty at a "so called" discount but she said I only had until the end of the day to get the discount.
I was very disappointed and very upset so the yard manager who's either powerless or is the dealer principle's gate keeper with disgruntled customers told me it's not their fault that the part needed to fix the car I just bought will take 2-3 months to get.
I requested that they add the warranty as an act of good faith free of charge and they literally laughed at the request. I asked Kelly if I could please speak to her boss and she went away and came back and said sorry, he's not interested in talking to you. I asked his name and she said "It's Matthew Stephens". I asked "so he doesn't care less?" and she said it's not that he doesn't care, he's just too busy.
Wow.
So I paid for a car that I don't have and when I requested a refund they refused and said it was out of their control and they don't have to give me a refund because if they could get the parts sooner, they would.
Also the original salesman didn't give a hoot, he even said as I was leaving the last time that he'd see if he could do something to help, but the look on his face was more like he didn't care and it wasn't his problem.
In my experience, they should be either getting me into another vehicle, giving the extended warranty free or giving me a refund.
3 months later, still no car back. You must be joking.

Absolutely appealing would be the words that I'd use to describe the service experience at Brian Gardner Holden.
A bad service that has now left me without a car.
Steer clear.

Went in to buy an SUV and was served by Ryan who was wonderful and helpful. Darryl was very helpful too. The whole team is very friendly and customer service focused. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. Very happy with my Vitara

brought my ve clubsport from Gardner holden in Perth and I live in South Australia. The blokes were great selling the car but from there on where hopeless. I got the car transported on truck and they offered too take my car there but we're 3 days late because they were "polishing" it which I was annoyed because they were late dropping off but I got over it. I went to pick my car up from Adelaide transport, saw it there had a Look at it I was happy but disspointed because it wasn't polished. The guy handed my keys too me and I looked at the keys with a frown because the keys buttons were damaged. Started the car and I was happy but when I drove off the sun was in my eyes so I put the sun visor down the cover was broken And fell down on me, I went too intercate and the blickers blink too quick(which the do on both sides... left and right)... Mmm okay. Pull up down the road at a servo and recorded the exhaust because it's sounded lovely and I look at the exhaust the muffers exhausts boxes are missing so you can see the ground through back bumper, no ariel on car and I went through the whole car the driver seat is held together by a ZIPTIE and stero cuts out with the bass playing and comes up with DDL activate on it, I had my daughter in the car and she put the back windows down and I went too put them back up with switch and the back windows won't go back up unless you use the doors switch and the centre dash bit where the main switch is for window is broken so the 35grand clubsport I picked up from the transport company that costed 900 is a defectable car with illegal tyres on it and the left door was broken And won't shut.
I meessaged Jason from Gardner autos and rang atleast 30 or 40 times for a whole month with no contact because the lady at the front office said he is busy I can leave a message!. He finally replied with sorry Chloe your emails went too junk I want too fix this asap, ring holdens In pirie too book a appointment with them. I rang pirie and told them everything that needs too be fixed and they were shocked a HOLDEN dealer would sell a car with so many issues and they told me they need approval from Jason too get these problems fixed. Holdens in pirie sent Jason emails and rang them for 3 weeks no contact. After pirie and I were trying too contact Jason I was about too give up and my mother rang and got hold him and told him it's not good enough as my daughter hasn't had a car being a single mother and can't drive her and her daughter anywhere. Jason finally contacted pirie by email and told them it will be approved too fix. Pirie rang me and told me I can bring the car in on Wednesday 2 weeks ago I told them I can't drive it anywhere because of the door not shutting. Jason has too organise a tow truck and pirie ended up organising it and Jason had a winge 300 was too experieve and the two guy had too go down in price. Jason didn't want too pay for a hire car for me so stuck with no car still. The tow truck came and took the clubby which I never thought I would see my dream car being towed away from me. Holden in pirie looked it over which only certain things got approved by Jason too be fixed on that wednesday I rang holdens in pirie on Monday which was yesterday and they said all been looked over and a quote which is $3200 for the two truck, labour, exhaust boxes left and right, the door hinge and window switch which isn't fixing the integrators etc. That quote got sent too Jason Wednesday and they have rang him and emailed and he hasn't replied. Yesterday I sent Jason a text and email and tired too ring and he is too busy for holden on pirie and me. He finally emailed holdens in pirie back and said go ahead with everything but the exhaust boxes which is disappointing because the exhaust is short as people would know what a exhaust would look like without their mufflers so it's burning my lovely back bumper. Today I got a phone call from holdens In pirie and they told me they can't realise my car too me till

I bought a Holden Commodore SV6 a couple of months ago and it has been a very regrettable, huge mistake. During the test drive I noticed a whirring noise and asked if the sales person heard it and he said yes and would have it seen to should I buy the car. I even included having the noise fixed in the Special Conditions part of the contract. In spite of this Brian Gardner have refused to replace the tyres (they were and still are making the whirring noise) which are damaged due to severe under inflation. I have been lied to, treated like a dishonest person and have had no joy whatsoever from the top of the company down. I have also just had to pay over $3,000 in repairs during the warranty period as I'd done excess km's. However, the issues with my car (tyres included) should have been picked up and repaired prior to the car being sold. Clearly they didn't inspect it at all and yet I still had to pay. This company is an absolute disgrace. They're greedy, dishonest and show no adherence to the law, even with a signed contact. They will weasel their way out of paying for anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had a problem with a Holden extended warranty. JG got it sorted with a response that exceeded my expectations. Very impressed.

Went here on Saturday morning and it was the worst customer experience I have had at a car yard. The salesperson would not let us look at the cars on our own - he said that if we didnt want to be bothered by him to go to a car park at a shopping centre and look there.
We then went onto another four dealerships on Saturday, including Holden in Vic Park and they were all fantastic. Highly suggest you go elsewhere rather than deal with these people.
