I contacted them to repair my shade sail, and was told that the material can still be used for many more years. I paid so much only to have my perfect tarp ripped after they reinstalled it. They don’t even bother to check and responsible for the damage. Not worth the money. After sales service is very disappointing. Not recommended.

Went for Zip repair on awning and talked into zip and sock replacement.
First time went to collect, zip was not lining up and parts inside old sock not transferred.
Second time, zip didn't line up again and parts still not transferred.
Third time, new sock and zip with parts transferred. Looked good.
When we went to use it, parts had been transferred to wrong place in sock, causing awning legs to be back to front so couldn't use tie-downs. The awning was also now about 50mm shorter so supports did not fit.
Overall a disaster leaving us with an awning that looks very poor.

I rang to enquire as to the price for sewing two replacement pieces of tape onto my tent (where the pegs go through to attach to ground) and was told "it wouldn't be much" and was then told the same thing in person when I took my tent out there. Because I knew it was only a 10 minute job I didn't push for a quote, silly me. Thinking "not much" would be around $20 maximum$30. My mistake. On picking up three weeks later, when I rang because they had forgotten about my job, I was told it would be $60!! When I stated I believed this to be too pricey I was told it took time away from the bigger jobs!! So $60 for a 10 minute job! The man I originally spoke to was apparently overseas and two young girls managing the business. To which one became quite rude and told me either pay or you don't get your tent back. I would definitely NOT recommend.
