      Water is a van's number one enemy. That is why when it's in our care we never leave it outside in the weather. Most damage caused by water is not covered by insurance and the slightest sign of damage on the inside can mean major repairs for you.       How often should you reseal your van?

      It depends on who you ask. It could range anywhere from 2 to 5 or even 10 years. The best thing is to have us take a look at your van and see what course of action, if any needs to be taken. You don't need to spend your hard earned money if you don't have to after all.


      How long would we have to wait for repairs to be carried out?

      If it is a small job, then once all of the necessary parts are here, we will get you to bring the van in which we will usually only need for that day. Solar installation, awnings, diesel/gas heaters, TV satellite dishes would all generally be a one day turnaround day once all parts are here. Custom fit-outs may take longer depending on the amount of work. We don't stockpile vans in our yard so you have to wait in line. We concentrate on one main job at a time & fit smaller ones around that.


      Who will you have working on my van?

      There's a small team of us here so the quality control is easy to keep track of. We have worked previously in the larger repair shops and with the extra amount of staff we noticed that with too many people working on the same job, things get missed. The standards from one person to the next differ and in the end the quality of the entire job is compromised. Our attention to detail is of the highest standard and is one of the reasons we set up our own workshop.


      Do you have parking available?

      We do have a few car spots available. If you wish to bring your van down, just let us know beforehand and we'll arrange a time for you come down. We don't like to leave customers vans outside in the weather. If you just wish to drop in for something quick and easy then by all means drive on in.


      What areas do you service?

      We service the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Central Coast and Hunter Valley areas. But we will also do repairs for people outside of these areas.
