We were holidaying in the region with an injured Labrador. Dr Jason picked up problems that other Vets in othef regions failed to recognise and he treated our Lab. Unlike some othef vets he allowed us to accompany our dog when being treated and showed us the issues.
Service fees were also very reasonable.5 stars.

I have been seeing the service for about 10years for multiple animals. They have always shown the upmost care and respect. All of the staff are caring and prices have always been more than reasonable for the service.

We contacted for prices, were initially very happy and proceeded to make a booking for our animal. Upon arrival was then told the cost was going to be Nearly triple what we had been told over the phone, the previous afternoon. When questioned, the vet Jason basically explained that was too bad and blamed both receptionists for not quoting properly and said he would not be helping us as our questioning where had the extra costs come from "ment he could not have a good relationship with us".
Hugely unhelpful. Extremely condescending. No accountability for offering one price over the phone, the previous afternoon and then charging a completely different price. We proceeded to go to a different vet the same day and paid less then a quarter of what Jason had quoted. Was also very pushy that the animal would need sedation, the new vet did not need to sedate it. Very pushy that there would be an infection, there was no infection. Seemed to us there was things being added just to charge us more.

Took my dog there she was misdiagnosed they stated she had kennel cough which if she’s did then the other dog would have had it tried to state that to the vet. Took her to another vet who actually did test and X-ray and was found her windpipe is collapsing. Also while we there we had her nails trimmed 6 weeks later her nails have grown over the top of each other which is not normal.
