      Machine Knives(Aust) Pty Ltd manufacture & resharpen all types of packaging & food machinery knives & machinery spares.

      MKA manufactures and reconditions many blades & parts locally, brings in blanks, carries some pre-hardened steels, and, at times, completed spares. This gives us the ability to compete with basically anyone but also, more importantly, gives us the ability to offer a quick turnaround of many parts when needed. This ability to assist people when they are in need is critical to our company and what we have to offer our customers. If the OEM supplier or other suppliers do not have spares in stock when you need them urgently, this is where MKA comes into their own, as we regularly assist people to get their production up and running when others cannot help. This is with both machine blades plus machine spares.

      Machine Knives(Aust) Pty Ltd manufacture & repair all types of tray sealer tools & Thermo former tools. New tools or parts can be made for all types of sealing machines and to take any size or shape of tray practical to your machine. We make serrated tray sealer knives to suit all tray sizes and configurations plus we also resharpen these blades at considerable savings when compared to new spares.

      Serrated blades and serrated slitters made for the paper sack industry. These blades can be made to suit any tooth profile or perforation size the customer requires including M section, Picket fence & others. Machine Knives(Aust) Pty Ltd has a complete tool making facility including waterjet cutting, EDM wire cutting, CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, CNC grinding & over 50 conventional engineering machines.
