Enhance OT have experienced staff who are personally assigned to each client based on the specific clinical experience required.
Occupational Therapist home assessment services were established in 2004. Enhance Occupational Therapists work across Adelaide to support people with a range of medical conditions and care needs. OT practitioners are selected for their dedication to client centred outcomes. With a range of clinical backgrounds, we support actute, hospital discharge and home based rehabilitation in a range of health and care settings.\
We are able to liaise with all relevant services who may be involved in a person's care offering a multidisciplinary approach to achieve positive outcomes. This may include nursing services, government and non-government organisations, equipment suppliers, home modification suppliers and in particular other medical and allied health professions.
