Contacted the business late 2024 for someone to attend our address to fix broken underground pipes and some other maintenance work. The admin staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had someone attend 20 January 2025 as organised to assess the repairs. After turning up late he seemed uninterested and preoccupied taking 3 phone calls while on site, one to discuss who was picking up children later that day. Took a couple photos, no measurements and left giving a guarantee that ‘the boss’ would be in touch within a week to advise if they would take on any of the work required because they would prefer to take on less difficult types of work, and a quote if they were willing to assist. It is now the 23 February 2025 and still no contact has been received. In the meantime we have been left to cope with raw sewage and waste waters not draining and coming back up into the house
