      Frustrating

      The builder was the only one out of many I contacted, who was willing to do my job. I ended up with a structurally sound and and solidly-built conversion of a single carport into a double garage.

      However what was quoted as a simple job of two weeks took 14 months to complete. There were lengthy delays, the builder was disorganised, unreliable and deadlines were not kept. It was very stressful. The bricklaying was shoddy and unprofessional.
