Why is it necessary to clean the fan motor in the heater with every clean?
A build up of dust on the fan motor during normal operation can contribute to overheating and electrical short circuit, which is one potential fire hazard in the central unit. Airfix cleans dust from the motor with every clean.
How are ducts cleaned?

I had someone come around and check out my system informing me, my entire 9 year old system needed an overhaul. I was roughly quoted a figure and thought this to be excessive but imagine my shock when the quote came through at $3400 and the cost for 1 day labour x2 was quoted at $2244 making that $140 an hour per person assuming an 8 hour day! I will never know if they are good at their jobs and lets face it, I would prefer to get under the house myself and fix the ducts for this! This is an insult regardless of quality of workmanship

This business has proved very reliable, honest, friendly and not overpriced at all. They've helped me when needed urgently for repairs and for cleaning and maintenance getting ready for a baby. A trustworthy and good family business.
