      Do you sell deadlocks?

      Absolutely, we stock, sell, supply and fit different types and brands of deadlocks.


      Can I get all my locks working from one key?

      In most cases, yes. The basic principle is if one key fit into all the locks then we can change the pins so that the key turns. If you have locks of different profiles (shape of the key), we may have to replace some of the locks.


      Can I get an electronic lock for my safe?

      In the majority of cases, we will be able to retrofit a modern electronic digital lock in place of a mechanical combination lock, we can even do it on government rated safes.


      Can you cut my key from the number?

      Yes, in the vast majority of situations we can. We may need some additional information depending on what the key is for. Such as make, model and year, if it is a car key or type of cabinet, photo or brand if it is for a filing cabinet. Feel free to call us and we will assist you.


      I'm locked out of my house, c​an you help?

      Yes, we can. We have an emergency 24/7 service - 365 days a year.


      Do you provide padlocks?

      Yes, we have padlocks from 20mm to 80mm that can be keyed alike or key alike to your existing key.


      I want keyless/digital locks for my house, do you sell them?

      Yes, we stock, supply and fit both mechanical and "stand alone" electronic digital locks.


      I have an old lock, can you cut keys for it?

      Yes. In most cases, we can. If we don't have the blank key, we'll try out utmost to get it.


      Do you cut keys?

      Yes. We have a large range of keys - from the ​old design to the most modern transponder type keys.


      I have lost the keys to my house, what should I do?

      You have several options. We can come out and fit keys or rekey your house, you can bring the locks into our workshop to be rekeyed, have keys fitted or you could replace the cylinders.

      My front door padlock slipped out of alignment just before Christmas. I sought quotes from 3 locksmiths but only Class Locksmiths got back to me. While they couldn't fix the lock before Christmas they were available shortly afterwards (today). Locksmith Ben arrived right on time and was courteous and efficient. A previous locksmith (different company) had installed the barrel upside down so Ben fixed it. I highly recommend this business.
