Rachel works as a private consultant & independent Dietitian spokesperson for print, radio & television media requests.
Accredited Practising Dietitian & Accredited Practising Nutritionist, Rachel currently writes for Food on Tap & is regularly called upon as a nutrition expert for media commentary. She believes that food is there to be enjoyed as well as nourish. Currently Rachel works as a Project Coordinator for the TAC in Victoria. Previously Rachel was the Ambassador for IGA Supermarket's Food4Life Program.
Rachel began her work in the media with the first of 6 television advertisements filmed for the Kraft Kitchens campaign. She was a Victorian representative for the Dieticians Association of Australia. Currently Rachel is the Nutrition consultant for Chefs Ink & regularly writes for Food on Tap. She is a private consultant & independent Dietitian spokesperson for print, radio & television media requests. Rachel is able to offer a broad base of knowledge in the field of dietetics.
