Do you offer lettering-only designs?
Absolutely. We have a wide range of popular fonts available. Choosing a lettering-only design comes with a reduced setup fee, making it a cost-effective option.
Do you provide samples before printing?
Due to the involved setup process, we don't provide physical samples. However, we always supply artwork and an approval sheet for your review before production begins.
How do I know sizing and fitting of your garments?
Most of our branded links have sizing charts on their website. Please always take special note of terms such as modern fit, slim fit etc. as they are always a streamlined and firmer fit than traditional sizing. Also remember that measurements are the garments measurements, not your body, so allow a little bit more.
Do you provide garment samples?
No problem! You may request samples to help your decision process. A maximum number of garments are allocated depending on your requirements. All that is required is your credit card details and if the goods are not returned in original condition within 14 days your card will be charged. Once you have decided on your uniform range we may be able to provide you with a limited sizing range (in the style requested we may substitute different colours when only for sizing range).
Is there a setup fee for embroidery?
No setup fee applies for lettering-only designs using our standard in-house fonts.
What are your payment methods?
Payment can be made by EFT, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, cheque or cash. Receipts can be sent at your request.
How long does the embroidery process take?
Typically five working days from receiving artwork to completing and approving the embroidery sample.
What file types do you accept for logo embroidery?
We accept jpeg, pdf, or CorelDRAW files for setting up your custom logo designs.
What types of garments can you screen print on?
We can screen print on a wide range of garments including t-shirts, polos, hoodies, uniforms, and sportswear. We’ll advise you on the best options based on your fabric and design needs.
What are the minimum quantities?
We have no minimum quantities on most of our goods apart from some school wear, promotional products and specially made shirts etc.
Can I print in specific colours or sizes?
Yes, but colour results can vary based on garment dye and print colour. If you require precision shades, we may recommend thermal application instead. Specific sizes can also be accommodated—just let us know your requirements.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, once you have chosen your range and are placing an order, we require 50% deposit with the balance to be paid before your goods will be dispatched. After your first successful order with us, you may ask to set up an account. Terms are strictly 30 days.
Can I choose specific thread colours?
Yes, provide Pantone codes or thread colour references to match your logo accurately.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes, setup fee discounts apply to embroidery orders of over 30 garments.
Can I use my own logo or design?
Yes, simply provide us with a high-resolution JPEG, BMP, or PDF file. We’ll quote you for setup and per-garment printing costs based on your design.
Can I get a written quotation?
Yes, that is a requirement of ours before your order can proceed. It means you have no hidden costs that you may be unaware of.
Can I get individual receipts?
Yes, you may request this when you ask for your quotations and a small additional cost is involved. We will not receive individual payments of a bulk order; you must gather all money together to make payment of deposit and also of the balance of order payment.
Can I get my employees/team members garments individually packaged?
Yes, you may request this when you provide information for quotation and a small additional cost is involved.
Are there set up fees?
Yes. There are initial set up fees for logo designs, embroidery decorations, screen printing designs and some thermal application logo designs. This will be outlined in your quotation.
