Can you process urgent orders?
An added benefit of completing our own embroidery and printing gives us control to prioritise any urgent orders. We will work with you to ensure your orders are dispatched by your required date.
How long will my order take?
Embroidered/Printed orders are generally dispatched within 3-4 weeks, as long as items are available. Unbranded (blank stock) orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days, occasionally it will take longer if stock is to be collated from multiple warehouses. Custom orders that require manufacturing (e.g. bulk offshore production) can take 4 weeks - 3 months depending on the item.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location. Generally, within 5-10 business days Australia Wide. Can be longer for remote/rural addresses.
How much is shipping? Can I pick up my order?
The shipping cost will show at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address. Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $1000.
Is there a minimum order?
We are proud of our no minimums policy across our uniforms and embroidery, no job too small or too big. There are minimums when it comes to Promotional Items and some PPE, and our screen printing does have a MOQ of 10 pieces per print (We offer DTG Printing for lower quantities - no MOQ).
Can I pick up my order if I live locally?
Yes, there is a local pickup option available from Gnangara, WA 6077. You will receive a dispatch email when your order is ready for collection.
Can I supply garments for branding? (embroidery, printing and sports numbers)?
Yes, there is just a 15% BYOG (bring your own garment) fee. Customer arranges delivery of the garments to us. Only brand-new garments will be accepted for branding. We will take no responsibility for the end result as we cannot guarantee branding onto fabrics or garments that we are not experienced with nor familiar with. We will not replace any garment not supplied by us under any circumstance.
Do you have a store/showroom I can visit?
Yes, we have a showroom at unit 4, 5 Supreme Loop, Gnangara WA 6077. Due to the large number of brands and styles we offer, we are unable to hold everything in stock, we order most items in as required for orders and have a variety of selected styles available for viewing on the premises.
Do you sell direct to the public?
Yes, we sell to the general public, and we also provide Uniforms and Promotional Items to many Businesses, Schools and Sporting Clubs.
How do I request a quote?
You can view prices online or contact us if you require a formal quote - provide as much information as possible, i.e. your company details (including delivery address) and logo if branding required along with the product information - brand, code, name, colour, sizes and quantity required.
