      Robyn uses Bowen Therapy and Emmett Technique to relieve pain and discomfort in her treatments.

      Bowen Therapy involves a series of gentle rolling moves over muscle and connective tissue. The relaxation of the muscles that are stimulated creates amazing changes throughout the body. Emmett Technique releases muscle groups using light pressure and gentle switches which influences muscle action, changes pain levels and increases range of movement.

      I haven't taken a panadol for neck pain in 5 months. i have had 2 sessions with Robyn.

      i have been to chiro. for 25yrs.for my problems, robyn's therapy worked i will return.
      mainly stiff neck, out of balance lower back, stif at shoulder blades.
