In Psychology we aim to help address concerns and focus on improving our quality of life through a sense of self, the environment and our relationships. Psychology assists us in identifying specific goals and is a useful resource in managing anxiety, depression and to work through complex life trauma to improve our wellbeing. It can also be very effective in managing self-esteem, disturbed sleep, stress, phobias, trauma, abuse, anger, grief, chronic pain and addictions, amongst other things.
