The technician who came out to service our appliance was professional, polite, informative and tidy. Could not fault him and would gladly have him back should we run into any other issues!
The receptionist Ellie; that is where Banksia Appliance Service falls short. Disappointingly, both my husband and I have been spoken to so condescendingly each time we have called and regrettably dealt with her.
Initially we thought we caught her on a bad day. Unfortunately no, this is a pattern of poor behaviour and customer interaction from Ellie. Callers beware…

I recently dealt with Banksia appliance service and was extremely happy with my experience. They responded to my inquiry promptly and when the technician arrived he was friendly and fixed my oven on the spot. Haven’t had any problems since, I would definitely recommend them!

Banksia appliance have done work for me in both my private and rental homes. I have found Brad and Elsi professional and very reliable in the service and repairs required. I have no hesitation in recommending this family owned business to anyone wanting a job well done.

Thank you Brad and Elle for being such fantastic people to deal with.
Brad was able to identify the issue quickly and gave me a few options on how to fix the problem. He continuously went out of his way to fit in with my unusual work hours.
This business really knows how to communicate! Really great customer service, will always be happy to recommend you to family and friends.

The main technician Brad has looked at my dishwasher 4 times in a row to identify what the error code means. The error code has been the same for all 4 inspections; however he has not been able to properly identify what the error is.
Each instance there has been a different reason. Ie, the first inspection he advised it was the hose, the 2nd time it was pump, the third time it was the draining dish, the 4th time he has advised my plates are too large for the unit.
The receptionist has also been quite rude, when I have asked her for more information, she becomes abrupt/defensive.
I would NOT recommended this business.
