Our bathroom was 40 years old and the shower recess, at least, required a complete re-do. Jeremy responded to our request for a quote. He explained our options and we decided that the bathoom should be completely renovated. Walls and floor required a rebuild in order to provide a sturdy base on which to attach tiles. Water-proofing was also needed. Jeremy also arranged for the plumber, plasterer and shower screen installer to come in and work their magic. We're very pleased with the result, especially our new insitu shower recess!

Our garage skylights were leaking, so Jeremy came to replace them. He inspected and repaired rusted areas in the galavanised roof as well and renewed the nails holding the roof down (now we won't worry about the roof blowing off!). Very pleased with his prompt service and excellent work.

Our kitchen was looking sad and shabby, with cracked tiles and mould around the sink. Jeremy removed the old tiles, replaced the plasterboard and water-proofed the wall. He

carefully re-tiled and grouted the splashback, extending to the area under the overhead cupboards and behind the stove. We are thrilled with the result! The finish is superb and the kitchen is now much easier to maintain. Jeremy has been very professional in his approach to the work and we've appreciated the way he has listened to us. He certainly exceeded our expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending his work.

We contacted OmniTiling for advice on our shower recess, which had issues with a leaking base and tiles detaching from the wall. We wanted several tilers to review the shower and Jeremy was the second tiler we had contacted. He replied promptly to our request and he came to inspect the area the next day. His advice was to do, at the very least, a renovation of the shower cubicle. As it was 40 years old, dated and in need of TLC, we decided to renovate the entire bathroom. The quote was reasonably priced and work began quickly. As we only have one bathroom, he organised a portable shower, which arrived promptly on site. Jeremy accompanied us to tile and bathroom fittings suppliers and advised us on choices. There were some issues regarding the stability of the walls and floor, but Jeremy has been able to rectify the problems. He kept us in the loop about his daily progress. Aside from the renovation, Jeremy fixed some of our doors that weren't closing properly, replaced some door handles for us (we are clueless regarding how to do these things!) and advised us on the installation of newer, up-to-date security lights, all assistance that we appreciate. Jeremy approached the work for us with energy and was always polite and helpful.

Jeremy was contacted for grout issues in our shower which was growing mould in the silicone and severe dis-colouration in our grout which we later learned was not sealed in the first place.

He was very upfront about what needs to be done, how long it would take, costs and what issues may come up once the grout/silicone was removed.



He was very informative every step of the way showing us problems in the tiles, where to look for loose ones and weighing up the pros and cons of doing further renovations and being extremely candid about what he himself would do in this situation.



He gave us plenty of advice on how to care for the shower and grouting and how much easier it will be to clean with the epoxy resin sealant.



Due to how our unit was built we have a lot of exposed non sealed grout on our floor and kitchen area which does not look the best. Jeremy was able to informed us of a cleaning service which can remove most of the stain and working with him have the grout sealed afterward, which we did not even know was possible.



Jeremy’s work in the end was excellent as he is a true perfectionist, he likes to keep in touch so if you have any issues or question he will tend to them immediately.



PS if you are fellow dog people he has a beautiful dog who comes along to jobs if okay-ed and she is an absolute delight.

Jeremy is an honest and hardworking guy who will go above and beyond to give you excellent service and helpful advice. Yes, he's a bit of a talker, but he his up front about that from the get go and he is a delight to chat with.



You might want to keep in contact with Jeremy daily as he may turn up a little late if he needs to rush out to grab extra supplies for the job. This wasn't an issue with us as we had the time for him to turn up. He was always apologetic when he arrived and explained why he was late, which was appreciated.



Also I cannot do this review without mentioning his beautiful dog Rommel (honestly, as an dog lover, this was my highlight). Rommel is an absolute angel and is well behaved. You will not regret letting her join Jeremy on the job.



As for the job itself, he did an amazing job and has a keen eye for detail. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Jeremy!

We hired Jeremy (a tiler) from Omni Tiling to tile our en-suite shower. He originally quoted us under $11,000 with all hardware purchased by us. Jeremy decided after removing the tiles that one of the walls had been packed out too far and was not straight. When challenged, he estimated verbally that this would cost an extra $3500 to fix. We questioned him about getting a builder and he said no he could do it. (Silly us!!) 3 weeks later, after he had completed the wall, he presented us with an invoice for an extra $8487.12; he had charged us at an hourly rate for his work which he stated was 128 hours (for straightening less than 3 metres of wall). The new wall ended up being packed out again to the same place. After rebuilding the wall Jeremy's work alone ended up costing us $19,105.39. It took 6 weeks. Jeremy talked too much, became aggressive when challenged, started late and finished late and often did not turn up at the time he said he would. We have since had to fix an unsightly and poorly executed area of tiling. He asked for money every week, at one stage standing over us as we logged on to our bank and regularly updated us of his own pressing personal financial needs. He demanded the final payment for his work before he even finished the job. We would never recommend Omni Tiling to anyone.

Our house is quite old, and floor levels were all over the place. There were many nooks and crannies that needed to be tiled around. The job went above all my expectations. the work was done with meticulous attention to detail. finishing off all aspects of the job and more to make sure the overall finished result was beyond what I had hoped for.
