      Gympie Physio is an independent locally-owned physiotherapy clinic that’s been serving the Gympie community for over 40 years. Providing care for people of all ages (+2 years of age) we service private patients as well as those under NDIS, DVA, Workcover, Medicare Chronic Care Management Plans, Motor Vehicle and Accident Insurance, Home Care Packages, NCACCH and Functional Assessments.

      We treat a comprehensive range of conditions: joint, muscle and nerve pain, dizziness and vertigo, neurological disorders, chronic pain. We offer in-rooms and in-home visits, hydrotherapy and specialised programs like the GLA:D exercise & education program for osteoarthritis. Open Monday-Friday by appointment.       Do I need a referral?

      No, if you are paying privately, no referral is required. However, if you are under DVA, NDIS, a Chronic Condition Management Plan, NCACCH, Insurance, Home Care Package or Workcover, a referral is likely required, along with a card, participant or claim number and at times Case Manager details.


      Do you bulk bill?

      No, we are a private billing practice. You will need to pay the full fee for your appointment upfront and if you have a CCMP Dr Referral we can then submit a claim to Medicare on your behalf to receive your rebate within 12-24hrs. This rebate does not cover the full cost for the visit.
