The Office of Brayley and Hayes Pty Ltd has been operating since 1984 throughout the South West Region of the state, including Warrnambool, Portland, Port Fairy, Edenhope and Mortlake. A licensed surveyor can do surveys and mark the boundaries of a property or complete subdivision and consolidation surveys.

Re-established Surveys Existing title boundaries can be marked on the ground for building set-out and fencing. Feature and Level Surveys These are undertaken to show existing conditions and to facilitate engineering designs for drainage and building works. Adverse Possession Surveys of both Torrens and General Law Land to enable the productions of a title. Project Management We can guide your subdivision process through the phases of Town Planning, dealing with Service Authorities to obtain all relevant approvals, and delivery to your solicitor for lodging at Land Registry.
Quick Guide To The Subdivision Process Discuss subdivision proposal with Brayley & Hayes. Client approved Plan of Proposed Subdivision and Application for Planning Permit to Subdivide submitted to council. A Planning Report may be required. Fees will be payable. Fieldwork scheduled. Client obtains quotes from authorities. Council refers plan of proposed Subdivision to relevant authorities, planning Permit issued. Survey completed and Plan of Subdivision submitted to council. Tax invoice for survey fees forwarded to client. Client to ensure that Planning Permit requirements have been fulfilled. Certified Plan of Subdivision and Statement of Compliance forwarded to solicitor for lodging at Title Office.
